48 year old Male patient unhappy with appearance of his front teeth. He was congenitally missing his lower lateral incisors and had severe malalignment of his upper front teeth. Patient first underwent Zoom Whitening in a 1 and 1/2 hour appointment. Two weeks later 4 upper Emax crowns, 2 lower Emax crowns and 2 lower Emax veneers were prepared and temporized in a 3 and 1/2 hour visit. These temporaries were adjusted a few days later till the patient was happy with the shape and look. One week after the initial visits a 2 hour visit was required to place the permanent restorations and a small direct bonded composite was placed on his upper right cuspid to make it look less rotated.

Severe dental trauma on 22 year old female. Patient fell and knocked out one tooth and fractured 3 others. She was initially seen at the hospital where the wire was placed to stabilize the knocked out tooth. Root canals were completed on the two central incisers and composite fillings placed to restore the natural tooth shape. Ceramic crowns will be placed on the damaged teeth at a later time. Treatment was done over 5 visits. The tooth that was knocked out will need to be monitored very closely for any signs of root resorption for the life of the tooth.
