54 year old Male with severe periodontal disease on his Maxillary (upper) teeth. Patient decided to undergo "All on 4" also referred to as "Teeth in a day". We work together with an Oral surgeon on this case. The patient is seen first by us for impression and record taking. The day of treatment the patient is seen by the Oral Surgeon in the morning and while under IV sedation he has all the teeth removed and four implants placed. He then comes straight to us where new final records are taken, he is then allowed to go home for several hours while the temporary prosthesis is fabricated by the dental lab. By 4:30 pm the prosthesis is placed and the patient is done. The final prosthesis is placed 3 months later. The pictures shown are before and after the day of the teeth removal.
