43 year old Male with serious erosion and wear. Using our Primescan, Scans of his teeth were taken weeks before the procedure. A mock up was designed and temporary crowns were made up prior to his appointment. During a 5 1/2 hour procedure the upper 12 teeth were prepared and scanned with the Primescan and temporaries were fitted. The scans were electronically transmitted to our laboratory were the 12 Emax crowns were fabricated. Crowns were then bonded in placed in 2 separate visits. He plans to do the lower teeth in the near future.

62 year old male patient, previous history of trauma to his anterior teeth resulting in loss of one central incisor. Patient had a 3 unit bridge, due to severe overbite years of pressure on the adjacent teeth resulted in fractures of both teeth. It became necessary to open his bite to allow room for restoration of his anterior teeth. The bulk of the work was done in one 7 hour appointment. Two 3 unit posterior PBM bridges,three PBM crowns and one 5 unit anterior bridges were prepared and temporaries fabricated in the first visit. Patient wore the temporaries for 3 weeks until happy with appearance and the newly established bite. Then the new crowns and bridges were cemented in place.

In This case the patient recieved twelve Procera ceramic crowns eleven Porelain bonded to metal (PBM) crowns and a 3 unit PBM bridge. This case took about 6 weeks to complete.
